Who are we?
We are Parish Investments Ltd, a family-run property company. We own Unit C at Southmoor Lane. In 2012, we decided to convert it into office and workshop space for artisans and professionals.
Our aim was to provide a mixture of accommodation to suit the needs of local businesses.
We are currently offering a range of workshops from 500sq ft – 2,000sq ft. If you need larger space, talk to us and we will try to satisfy your needs. Some of our workshops come with up and over doors, others with double door access. We offer the most flexible workshop deals for rent in Havant for all types of businesses and creative industries.
